INTRODUCTION

Newtown Kyokushin Karate Dojo teaches what is generally known as the strongest karate style, Kyokushin. The club is a member of the International Federation of Karate Kyokushinkai Australia, (IFKKA) which in turn is a member of the Hanshi Steve Arneil's International Federation of Karate, also known as the IFK.

The club has its doors open to anyone who is interested in all or any of these:

The dojo instructor is Sensei Shaharin Yussof who has a rank of Yondan (4th degree Black Belt). There are also three assistant 1st degree black belt instructors.
