 Every person going for Sandan in the IFK must create, write up, and submit a kata of at least 28 steps. Too many of these kata are probably lost forever in the archives of the IFK, having served their primary purpose of getting someone promoted. Sensei Shah's kata is called Koroshi-no kata and has been uploaded to the Members' Services section.
If you're interested in in learning it for a tournament, have a word with him about teaching it to you - he's more than happy to have someone use it. Bear in mind that you'll need to be at least a 4th kyu to do it.
