The IFKKA holds several gradings a year, usually at 3 month intervals. Each dojo can bold its own gradings up to 4th kyu (junior green belt) in-house, but for any grades above that, candidates will have to attend the next senior grading, either in March or September.
Grading criteria are laid out in the IFKKA syllabus, which is available from the instructors. It is largely based on the international IFK syllabus, but with some additions and modifications to suit the needs of the IFKKA. |
