Another video Print E-mail
Image For those who are interested, we've uploaded Saiha Bo kata to the videos page, performed by Shihan Dave Lund-Regan of the IFK at the 2004 Black Belt camp in Chur, Switzerland. You don't have to know Saiha in order to do this kata - but it helps.
New Oyama Videos Print E-mail
ImageHistorical resources are few and far between for us in Australia, especially when we don't have access to Japanese material, so it's fortunate indeed that so many people in other parts of the world are willing to share. Check out the new (to us) Oyama videos and gain some insights into the founder of Kyokushin karate.

Fundraising Dinner at Dulwich Hill Dojo Print E-mail
Image Thanks to all those who came to the CMAC fundraising dinner we held on the 22nd June. 53 people turned up, and we managed to raise almost $1000 on the night through ticket sales plus a couple of donations. Thanks also to Hanoi Quan Vietnamese Restaurant (Illawarra Rd, Marrickville), who donated two dinners for two as door prizes, and congratulations to the Kelletts and Lawsons, who won them.

AMAC 2008 Round 1 Results Print E-mail
Image The results of the first AMAC for 2008 have been added to the tournaments section of this website. It's been our most successful tournament to date, but this was also because we had 25 competitors taking part. We hope that future events will be even better attended! We should be getting the inaugural "Most Successful School" Award.
